The site was previously accommodated by a jam factory in the early 1900s.

Geoff Beardsley and Partners were appointed by the client for the full architecture service via a traditional procurement route. The project comprises of a four storey residential and office building which accommodates 1 x split level three bedroom apartment, 5 x two bedroom apartments, 2 x one bedroom apartments and a studio apartment with private garden. The parking and amenity spaces to the rear are located at basement level. The architectural styling corresponds to a contemporary looking residential building, keeping in context with the local street scene.
