HINDU TEMPLE HOUNSLOW – PHASE II
In 2010, the Hindu Temple Cultural Trust Centre, appointed Geoff Beardsley & Partners to make scheme amendments, produce working drawings for a Building Control Submission, provide tender action and administer the Works via the JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2011 for the construction of Phase II building, The Foyer, Entrance and Office Building. The practice were also appointed as the CDM-coordinator and Quantity Surveyor for project.
The Hindu Temple, Hounslow is a long term project with its construction being carried out over a number of phases. The Planning Permission and overall scheme design was carried out by Prasada which was granted in 1999.
Geoff Beardsley & Partners have played a lead role in discharging the planning conditions, integrating the structural information and producing working drawings.
We have worked closely with the main contractor and structural engineer to ensure that the needs of the client are being meet whilst the original design concept is realised.
